universal input helper addin for microsoft excel

I create this addin to help me input data in huge excel database,
the usage is explained in the picture bellow:

howto install

1. download addin
2. from excel open tab developer
3. select addin
4. browse
5. open downloaded addin
6. ????
7. profit
